Tell me why? This question is being asked everyday
There are so many answers but to what
must I say?
Is it about people, the atmosphere,
the moon, or the stars in the sky?
Just mention the reason why you ask
tell me why
God created everything for he knows
what is right
There’s morning and evening, also day
and night
Some times we are happy, then sometimes
we cry
Yet we still ask the question,
someone, PLEASE, tell me why?
The sun rises in the east, and sets in
the west
Birds gather straw and lay their eggs
in the nest
Whatever we do or how hard we may try
The response will still always be,
tell me why
Unity, concern and love we must show,
then we’d get the answer
To questions that we would like to
know
But for some unforeseen reason we let
time pass us by
When we realize it’s too late, then we
ask, Tell Me Why?
