Cholesterol Control




To control cholesterol red meats we must refrain
The kinds of foods that we must eat are fresh fruits, vegetables and grains
Some fats, sea foods, and dairy products are not so good for our hearts
So in to maintain good health, it’s wise to make a start

Be smart, don’t smoke, but exercise cholesterol rise with age
Our diet we must compromise to prevent the final stage
There are guidelines we must follow to prevent a heart disease
With strict precautions taken a great strain we will release

Regular visits to our doctor, he will guide us as we go
Any unhealthy disorders, he’ll make certain that we know
With much concern , there are things we’ll learn by taking special care
Without demand, longer we’ll stand, and never have to fear
